This book is the best book for checking on surgery dates especially "do not have surgery" dates. You don't have to believe in astrology to get the benefit from this book. It is well written and Lynn Palmer is a gifted astrologist. I have been using this book for over 20 years. I have given it to friends for years as a Christmas gift.
